ns&a “nagi sfeir & associates sal” is a design firm, whom field of work covers all aspects of design in construction and planning

after graduating, Nagi Sfeir has worked for several years in the well known and well established firm of Pierre el Khoury and Partners.
in 1998 he has founded with a partner a design studio, then in 2005 he crated his own firm ns&a. the company is composed of architects, planners, interior designers, and draftsmen, all with large experience in their field. our dedication to the quality of our design and our client’s satisfactory make us invest in qualitative human potential and advanced technological innovations.ns&a is a design firm, whom field of work covers all aspects of design in construction and planning process.

our projects are located in lebanon, the arab and some europeans countries. our services are divided in three main departments: urban, architecture and interior design

SPICE DESIGN, our sister company, is specialized in graphic design and in charge of the graphic side of our work, beside its own clients.

our office collaborates with several specialized offices in structure, MEP according to the specific needs of the projects undergoing.

What we do

architecture

our architecture department is handling different kinds of projects such as corporate, residential, private, large housing units, etc…

our scope of work covers all the phases of the design of the project: from the preliminary and concept research to the detailed drawings, coordination with technical teams, tender packages, supervision and reception of works. these projects include structural, mechanical and electrical specialist with whom we collaborate according to the size and importance of the project.

interior design

we handle a wide variety of projects such as head quarters of companies, restaurants, showrooms, private apartments and villas, where as our scope starts in the assessment of the space, to the complete set up, including the possibility of adapting the project to different locations and creating the franchising book for the concept or the corporate identity. our clients vary from the private to the corporate, such as banks and private companies, to restaurants, concept developers, etc…

urban

our urban department is handling the two aspects of the urban projects problematic:

the urban planning, which takes care of all the studies, analysis of social, economical, demographic process of large areas and villages in order to reach general and specific recommendations for land use and planning for future expansions of urban and rural areas. these projects involve a lot of specialized and pluridisciplinary professionals, with whom we collaborate such as geological expert, legal expert, demographic institutions…

the urban design for roads, highways, public places, housing development, preparing the expropriation lots… these projects involve a lot of traffic experts, road and civil engineers, in order to reach adequate road/highway design.

our clients are the public administrations such as the town planning directorate, municipalities, etc… and/or private investors and landlords.
